1.1 Contract
A choice of delivery time is available on the site at the time of purchase. Most goods are sent via courier and can be with you in 2-3 working days. Small items can be sent via Royal Mail - 1st class- and delivery time can be variable.
1.2 Accuracy of information
Water Home Aquatics makes every effort to ensure that all information on its site is up to date and current. However, Water Home Aquatics does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that Water Home Aquatics will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.
1.3 Pricing
The prices on our web site are our Internet Prices, therefore prices in our Water Home Aquatics shop may differ for the same products. All prices are inclusive of VAT (17.5%) where applicable.
1.4 Delivery times and costs
We will attempt to ensure that all orders placed with us by 12noon G.M.T. are dispatched the same day, however, certain items may require longer to process.
There is no Saturday delivery, so a "next day" delivery placed on Friday will arrive on Monday.
1.5 Goods out of stock
We will notify you when a product is not available and you will have the opportunity to either cancel your order or carry on waiting.
1.6 Returns
You have the right to return your purchase to Water Home Aquatics without reason provided:
-you notify us of your intention to do so within 3 days after the day you received your order. Refunds can only be made within 14 days of purchase otherwise goods can be exchanged or a credit note will be offered.
-you take all reasonable care of the goods while in your care
-the goods are deemed to be in your care until such time as they are returned to our premises
-goods are returned within 30 days of your notice to return them
-you will be refunded for your goods after postage and packaging costs are deducted.
-you will cover the cost of returning the goods to us
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Water Home Aquatics reserves the right to repair or replace any damaged item at its discretion.
Water Home Aquatics denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in despatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of an express delivery not arriving on time, your extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving any third party and would advise that no arrangements be made until you are in receipt of your order.
Products should be returned with a copy of the receipt to:Water Home Aquatics , 221-225, Station Road, Harrow, London, HA1 2TH, and the payment card used to purchase the goods will receive a refund within 30 working days.
1.7 Privacy
To complete your order we need to collect some personal information such as your name and address. This is only used to complete your order, but may also be used by ourselves to promote our own products and services in the future.
Water Home Aquatics does not sell or trade any of your personal details to third parties.
Non identifiable data may be used for analysis by ourselves or other third parties to improve the quality of our service.
1.8 Complaints Procedure

1.9 Law
The purchase of any goods from this web site is governed by English Law. By accepting these terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
