The largest of the single pump skimmers is ideal for people with sufficient height inside or beside the tank or cabinet.
It is the first of the models to be fitted with the more powerful Eheim pump which is required to handle the longer column height.
The skimmer must be supplied with water either by gravity feed from the aquarium or via a separate pump.
The European AP850 is fitted with 1 Eheim pump drawing in 600lts of air per hour.
The new reference AP851 is an upgraded version for the UK and America and is slightly modified with a larger collection cup than the older AP850
