The Deltec AP 1006 Protein Skimmer is a six pump model designed for aquariums from 8000 Litres up to 12000 Litres.

The riser tube on the Deltec AP 1006 is 20cm.
Air is drawn into the Deltec AP 1006 automatically through the air intake adaptor.
The rotation of the water and air mixture helps to provide a long contact time with the waste, making for highly efficient protein skimmer performance.
The extremely fine water and air mixture is pumped into the highly efficient contact tube, where apon it slowly rises and is collected in the removable cup on the top of the protein skimmer.
The AP 1006 can produce in excess of 2350 Litres of air per hour.
The Deltec AP 1006 Protein Skimmer can be stood either in or next to a sump or next to the aquarium.
The Deltec AP 1006 can be gravity or pump fed.
